Much like my training this winter, this blog has been neglected. Is it just me, or has this winter been a lot worse than previous winters? The good news is that things are starting to shape up. The ice/snow has melted, weather is improving, the days are gettting longer, and pro cycling has returned (the Tour Down Under starts on Monday, January 19). This means that it is time to get back on that bike and start puting in some miles.
I was checking out the Ritte Van Vlandanderen blog today when I ran across this gem. Sounds about right...
