Tulsa was blessed with some pretty amazing weather in December. I know quite a few cyclists that took advantage of the weather (and time off from work) to get in lots of outdoor saddle time. But we all know that sooner-or-later the weather is going to get cold and no one wants to log that kind of base mile volume on a trainer.
Bicycling Magazine recently posted this article that does a pretty good job of explaining why cyclists get so cold in the winter and how to properly prepare for cold weather rides. It is an easy but informative read.
