If you follow this blog (and I wouldn't blame you for not doing so since I haven't posted since last Thanksgiving), you know that very little of what I post is original. Usually it is just sharing information that I find interesting and relevant in all of the other cycling websites and blogs that I read on a daily basis. Well this particular video has popped up on just about every site I follow, so I decided to watch it. If you haven't seen it yet, please take two and a half minutes out of your life to watch it. I think you will find that it is well worth your time.
